Here is a link to the pdf. version <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fws.gov\/duckstamps\/federal\/pdf\/Jr.%20Duck%20Stamp%20Artists%20Booklet%20Final%20March%2012%202008.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">&#8211; Jr. Duck Stamp Artists Booklet\u00a0<\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">It&#8217;s wonderful to see the program grow since I entered it. Just to see how collectible these stamps have become over the years.
