Ninety-eight<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><em> <\/em><\/span><\/span>cents out of every dollar generated by the sales of Federal Duck Stamps goes directly to purchase or lease wetland habitat for protection in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/refuges.fws.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">National Wildlife Refuge System<\/a>.
