Chasing Deadlines – Cougar Sepia

I’ve had quite a few deadlines creeping up on me lately.. some survived, others didn’t.  I like to have extra space to set a piece aside and study it, see what tweaks it may need.. but I don’t always get that luxury

This is one of the paintings that has been keeping me occupied.  I really enjoyed how well the fur texture went in on this one.  ..I almost didn’t want to cover it up for the color phase. :/
