Here I am presenting “Majestic Passage” to Mike of Minnesota Ducks Unlimited.
My mom, Karen, was the 2005 Minnesota Ducks Unlimited Artist of the Year featuring her painting of a pair of ring-neck ducks. Rebeccas painting of a canadian goose was chosen for the 2006 Minnesota Ducks Unlimited Artist of the Year. This year I am honored to have been chosen as the 2007 Ducks Unlimited Artist of the Year. I am looking forward to be working with Ducks Unlimited in the following year.
Wow, nice work Bonnie! Enjoy working with Ducks Unlimited this year.
Bonnie,
Nice work on that Canvasback, I just got my sponsor print for the 2007 at a DU Banquet of Crow River Chapter and it was magnificent. I already have it hanging on the wall.
Keep up the good work.
woooowwww your an amazing artist I get blown away by how realistic your work looks, Ive tried many times before but just can’t paint the fur on animals to actually look fluffy :)….well Ive only been painting a few years and I’m still a teenager so I guess it takes more than two years to master the skill 🙂
Hi Mike,
I’m sorry I missed this one……….Thank you! 🙂
Bonnie
Hi Kais,
I’m so glad that you like the print! 😀 It was great that my mom and sister were sponsor print artists for the past two years. I will be signing prints at the Shakopee DU Banquet this fall. 😀
Thanks!!
Back to the easel! 😀
Bonnie 😀
Hi Chelsy,
Thank you for the wonderful comment! 😀
Every one has to start some where. One of the things that got me started was contests like the Federal Junior Duck Stamp. It gave me something to strive for and in the process I learned a lot. With every painting I try to learn and observe my subject as much as possible. No matter how far you go you never stop learning.
PS: If you have any questions just let me know.
Bonnie 😀
