I love foxes. They’re so interesting, beautiful, and wild. Many compare foxes to dogs, but they move so smoothly and precisely, they move more like cats. This painting is so good, it looks like a photograph. It’s amazing. Flawless work, professionally done!

When I first saw this, scrolling through the webpage, I ignored this picture, thinking it was a photograph. When I scrolled back up again, I looked closely and realised it was a painting!! I have never seen a more lifelike painting… ever!

Hi Knux & Bobbin – Thank you! :D I’m glad you like it! This little kit had so much energy – he didn’t slow down too much. lol! (I was lucky to catch him seated for this painting. ;) )

I’ve been commissioned to paint another fox piece by the end of this year (this one will be an adult, though…) I really love the thick fluffy (deep red) coats that the adults sport in the fall. We have one that roams near the studio here…such a treat to spot him. :D
