I decided to paint on one of my swan paintings that I have in progress — so I am doing my best to have that piece finished soon. I have been sketching out a few ideas and subjects for new work — I’ve added one of them to this post. This is a quick […] Read more »

Exiting Jackson & Photoshoot
This morning we ran around downtown a little bit. I visited my painting at Trailside Galleries — I am participating in the Paco Young benefit exhibition being held there this month. I was delighted to hear my painting was purchased this morning by a client from town! Please visit Paco’s […] Read more »
Playing Hookie…
I’ve taken a little break this morning — watching some of the wildlife along a creek near where we’re staying here in Jackson. There are some ducklings that have been swimming up and down the creek diving for lunch. I feel so spoiled!! :) It’s such a treat to relax […] Read more »

Wildflowers

Wildlife Inspiration
What an awesome experience! I have so many great new references to work from!! I was even stalked by a large male cougar, which in itself was a bit disturbing, but was also exciting to witness such behaviour first hand. :) (Many safety precautions were being observed and I was in […] Read more »
